One of the core processes of creating the 2025 Strategic Plan was engaging the residents to identify key priorities to guide the Trustees in decision making. Five strategic priorities are recognized in the current draft (Sep 2025):
1) Distinct, Connected, and Rooted in the Land
2) Intentional Growth and Development
3) Maintaining Healthy Internal and External Relationships
4) Community Identity and Pride
5) Safety and Wellbeing
As I consider serving for the next four years as a Trustee in Harlem Township I am committed to these priorities. I would like to explain what I have accomplished since June 2024 toward these goals, and what I plan to accomplish during the next term.
There is a lot of work to be done. But it is of the best sort. We are building a place full of meaning. Let us put our hands to the plow!
